4.2 Payment and Fees
The prices for our courses are listed on our website in Euros (€). By enrolling in a paid course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
4.3 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for our courses. If you are not satisfied with your course, you may request a refund within 14 days of enrollment, provided that you have not completed more than 20% of the course content. After this period or threshold, no refunds will be issued.
4.4 Course Access and Duration
Unless otherwise specified, course access is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment. Some courses may offer lifetime access, which will be clearly stated in the course description. We reserve the right to modify course content and materials to ensure they remain up-to-date and relevant.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1 Our Content
All Content provided through our Services, including course materials, is owned by or licensed to StatMasters and is protected by Intellectual Property Rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Content for any purpose without our prior written consent.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) OUR SERVICES WILL FUNCTION UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (B) ANY ERRORS OR DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; (C) OUR SERVICES ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (D) THE RESULTS OF USING OUR SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STATMASTERS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
- YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE OUR SERVICES;
- ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON OUR SERVICES;
- ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM OUR SERVICES; AND
- UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,
WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless StatMasters, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your User Content;
- Your use of our Services; or
- Your violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us on our Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and StatMasters concerning our Services.
